I love this sourdough pancake recipe! Not only is it super yummy, but it’s a great way to use up excess sourdough discard. These pancakes are a little different from traditional pancakes, but it is sure to be a family favorite recipe!
Sourdough Pancake Recipe
Yeah, so, sourdough pancakes are a thing, and they are seriously delicious. I recently got a sourdough starter and I didn’t want to throw out the discard, so I searched the internet until I found recipes I thought my family would like, and this is one of them.
This is the original recipe, I did make some changes to fit my family’s tastes. That is one of the best things about recipes…you can change them so your family will love them.
And boy did they love this one. These pancakes are sweet, super light, fluffy, with a tang to them. And they don’t sit in your stomach like a brick like traditional pancakes do.
