Weekly Recipes

What exactly are weekly recipes? I suppose this term has 2 meanings. The one where someone posts a recipe weekly (I’ll hopefully be there at some point) and recipes you eat all week. The latter is what I mean here. Meal planning, shopping for a couple specific recipes, and then meal prepping these weekly meal ideas is a great way to save money and ensure your family is well fed.

Recipes For Weekly Meal Prep

These recipes should be fairly simple especially if you’re new to meal prepping. And if you’ve never meal prepped before, it is easy! All you have to do is essentially make all the food at once, let it cool, and then portion it out for the week. Or leave it in tubs and portion it out later. Either way, all of these weekly recipes are perfect for just that!

And we have recipes for everyone! Whether you’re meal prepping a weekly recipe for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert, I’ve found a great list of recipes to help you out!
