Method
- Add your flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar to a bowl.
- Whisk together so it's mixed well.
- Add your liquid ingredients: sourdough starter, oat milk ( or milk), egg, and oil.
- Mix well until combined, but don't over mix.
- Heat up your griddle on low to medium heat.
- Add a pat of butter on the pan and then add your pancake.
- Cook until the edges look cooked and you have large bubbles on the middle of the pancake
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with syrup and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure you spray your pan with non-stick spray if needed.
I use a ladle and 1 full ladle makes 1 pancake. Yes, we eat large pancakes.
